Our Story

PAYCE Security Group is a newly formed division of the Paynter Dixon and PAYCE group of companies; operating a network of building, construction and infrastructure service businesses throughout Australia. The group is Australian owned and operated and has a proud history dating back to 1914.

The group CEO, John McMellan, has over 20 years’ experience leading Australia’s largest security organisations. PAYCE Security Group was founded with the aim of ensuring that a local Australian company, coupled with the best local talent, would deliver dynamic, truly integrated security solutions to its customers.

Through the PAYCE Foundation we provide financial support and commit our efforts to building the capacity of the organisations we partner with.

PAYCE Security Group believes we all have a role to play in building a sustainable future through responsible business practices. We are proud of our partnership with Enable, an award winning not for profit organisation that employs disadvantaged persons, to provide recycling of our customers decommissioned security technology.

To date PAYCE Security Group has recycled over 8900kg of decommissioned customer electronic security products.

Partnerships

PAYCE Security Group are experts in the Installation, Configuration, Integration and Maintenance of electronic security systems. We can either install a completely new system, and extend or upgrade an existing system. We specialise in projects with complex requirements, for example, integrating systems across multiple locations, working unobtrusively around an organisation’s daily activities, or maintaining dual systems during changeover.
